We process every order within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 7-8 business days
- Rest of India: 10-12 business days
You'll get a tracking link on WhatsApp/SMS once your order ships. If it's stuck for more than 2 days with no update, message us at [email/WhatsApp] and we'll chase it for you.
Your order is delivered through our courier partners, including Meesho, Flipkart, Ekart, Delhivery, Blue Dart and others, depending on your pincode and what's available. The courier that delivers your parcel may be different from the one on your tracking link.
Please keep your phone on and reachable. The courier will call before delivery, and if they can't reach you the order may be returned to us.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is the wrong item, message us within 5 days with an unboxing video or photos and we'll arrange a replacement or return.
